I came to this commission because it is famous for helping mankind by accepting new ideas from angels like me. I am very interested in solving all the problems that we can to make life on Earth less difficult. But I believe that what we have in our hands is an uncommon situation. This could actually solve almost all the problems we have talked about, from a simple family dispute, to hunger. I would like now to put into your consideration this, my presentation.

I have organized the major topics that will be explained in a handbook. First of all it is important to acknowledge that all humans are born with the basic aspects of his or her characters. Now, the first chapter of the handbook should explain to the parents how to manage the learning process of their offspring in every stage, this is, from childhood to adulthood. Then, another chapter will give all the necessary information of how friends need to deal with the person’s personality. This will also cover all stages of development from childhood to adulthood. Of course, we will need another whole chapter on couples. Likes and dislikes, moods, abilities and disabilities, special loving needs and all other related items.

Let me now explain the importance of each chapter. The first chapter is the foundation of all others. Is in here where parents can easily work things out with their baby. Even when parents have more than one kid, this chapter will help them to deal with the process of shaping each one of their kid’s character and personality. It even deals with the difficult situation of jealousy between siblings and other family crises’. Parents will find here all the necessary tools to deal with these and other situations, to make the right decisions while minimizing the risks of hurting their children’s feelings.

The second chapter is important because it is about the child’s process of socialization. It can also help people around the person to understand his or her personality without revealing any kind of personal secrets. It can also help prevent and eventually eliminate, the practice of criticizing, since the people around him or her will not censure the person he or she fully understands.

The third chapter should be classified in different categories: couples, likes, dislikes and moods. The significant other can be well informed with everything there is to know about his or her companion. By doing this we can narrow the possibilities of quarrels, troublesome disagreements, divorces and other problems that can come between the couple’s happiness together.

The fourth and last chapter should include all other necessary information for the human well being. It should list all the person’s abilities and disabilities, special talents and needs, as well as any other fact that should be explained to the reader.

I have ended my presentation to this bureau of my proposed handbook. It is designed under my theory that one is capable of changing mankind in a positive way. This instructions manual will give them the power to prevent any situation that can grow into something to big to handle. Like the problems that people are living now, war, poverty, imperialism, colonialism, discrimination, degradation, over population, ill-usage of natural resources, and so on. As you can see, unfortunately the list is too long to finish and it proves my point. We have in our hands the best solution ever presented to this board. It can solve many problems in less than 20 years. We were assigned to seek mankind’s well being, and so I tell you, let them say; ‘Hi, here is my instructions manual."
